We accept online payments via paypal. You don’t need to have a paypal account as you can pay with your debit or credit card. All transactions are in £ pounds sterling
We offer free Postage and packing within the UK. For world-wide deliveries please contact us at info@occazions.co.uk. Please allow 3 -5 working days for delivery. If you have not received your CDs 5 days after ordering please contact us
We are unable to accept returns because of the nature of our personalised products. We are happy to provide a replacement CD if your CD is faulty or damaged. Please return the CD, including all original packaging and your proof of purchase to us and a replacement CD will be sent to you. It is important to ensure that you have chosen the correct name for the music and typed the correct name for the label, as incorrect name spelling or incorrect name used within the music cannot be rectified without the production of a new CD at full cost.
Orders may be cancelled up to the point of CD production. After this point, no refund can be made. A full refund will be given if you cancel your order before the CD is produced.
All of our transactions are processed using PAYPAL. We do not hold any debit or credit card information on our systems.
